“Something of a nectar”
It took me some time to open my order. I tried it for the first time with warm, baked, multigrain bread. Mixed with a touch of balsamic vinegar and a bit of garlic, and some aged Swiss; it was divine. The richness of the flavor was notable. So much so that my next taste (two shameful hours later) was just with the bread and olive oil. I can honestly say I have not had any olive oil that rivals it. I look forward to integrating it into a pasta dish or a salad. I thought it wasn’t going to be that big of a difference. But it is something of a nectar. I’ll buy more after my giant tin is used up.
